An international communication standard project has been initiated to build a unified technical framework for cloud-edge-device collaboration. It defines three layers: global cloud inference, edge task planning and real-time terminal control. The standard regulates cross-network computing scheduling and adaptive transmission for robots and intelligent devices, stabilizing control links in complex environments and enabling closed loops of perception, execution and iteration.
